Terms
These terms cover Tender Machine, the site at tender-machine.com and every piece published on it. Using the site means you accept them.

1. Who we are
Tender Machine is made and run by Kora Labs Group LLC ("we", "us"). Write to us at support@tender-machine.com.
2. The site and its pieces
Tender Machine is a series of small digital pieces. Each piece has its own page describing what it does, and some pieces let you create things and share them with other people through links. Pieces change, open and close as the series goes on.
3. Accounts and links
There are no accounts. Where a piece is shared, it is reached through links that act as its keys: anyone who holds a link can do what that link allows. Keep them as carefully as you would a physical key. Where a piece encrypts its contents in your browser, the key lives only in the links and we cannot read the contents or recover them if the links are lost.
4. Your content
What you put into a piece stays yours. You are responsible for it and for having the right to share it. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, harassing or harmful, and do not share anything you do not have permission to share. We may remove content and refuse service where these terms are broken or where the law requires it.
5. Payments
Most of the site is free. Where a piece charges, its pricing page says what for and how much, and the price is shown again before you pay. Prices are in US dollars and taxes may apply. Unless a pricing page says otherwise, a payment is made once, for one use of that piece, and nothing renews.
Orders are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which runs the payment page, collects the payment and issues your receipt under its own terms. We receive the order number and what it was for, not your card details.
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, credits or prorations. Where the law of your country requires a refund we will honour it, and any such refund is processed by Lemon Squeezy.
6. How long things are kept
Each piece keeps what you create for a stated time and then deletes it. The time for each piece is given under its name, further down this page. Deletion is complete and cannot be undone; save what you want to keep before then.
7. Availability and changes
The site and its pieces are provided as they are and as available. We may change, pause or end any piece or the site, and we may change these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss or for lost content, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the piece in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Rights the law of your country gives you that cannot be waived still apply.

The Digital Post Office
A pile is paid for once, for that pile, at the size chosen; nothing renews. Making a pile bigger later costs only the difference between the two sizes.
An unclosed pile is deleted 90 days after it is started, and a closed pile 12 months after it is closed, with every gift in it. Save the keepsake you want before then.
