Privacy

Tender Machine keeps as little as each piece needs to work. This page says what is held, where, and for how long, across the whole site.

Effective 10 October 2026.

Reading the site

There are no visitor accounts, advertising or tracking cookies set by this site, and nothing is shared with other companies. We measure visits ourselves: which pages are opened and for how long, the country of the request, the kind of device, and the page a visit came from. IP addresses are not stored; a visit is one browser tab and its record is kept for 180 days. Our own browsers are marked by a cookie so they can be left out of the figures. Fonts are served from our site. Our hosting provider processes requests and may keep operational and security logs.

Your browser remembers your language choice on this device. A piece may send that choice when preparing a translated ticket or email.

Using a piece

Who helps run it

We do not sell your content. The services above process what is needed to run the site, take payments and deliver requested emails.

How long

Each piece states when its contents expire and how deletion works. Follow its project link below for the retention period. Backups and operational logs may follow the service providers’ retention schedules. Order records are kept as long as bookkeeping law requires.

Your choices

To have something deleted sooner, write to us with its link. To ask what we hold about an order, write to us with the receipt. The site is not meant for children under 13 to use on their own.
