Terms

These project terms apply alongside the general Tender Machine terms.

A pile is paid for once, for that pile, at the size chosen; nothing renews. Making a pile bigger later costs only the difference between the two sizes.

A pile collects gifts for up to 90 days from the day it is started. The organiser makes the receiver's link before then; if they have not, the pile closes itself that day and the link waits on the organiser's page. A pile that opens as each gift arrives collects for 30 days from its link, then closes itself. Everything in a pile, its notes, photos and voices, is kept for one year from the day the receiver's link is made (two weeks for a free pile), whether or not it has been opened or downloaded; after that it is cleared for good. A pile with no gifts on its 90th day simply ends.
