These project terms apply alongside the general Tender Machine terms.
A gift box is a digital gift, paid for once. There is no physical delivery or subscription. Each box has its own ticket link and can be used for one gift with three moments. Prices are shown before payment; taxes may apply.
You choose the companion and the world it opens, and the receiver opens exactly that world. Every world a companion can open is shown before you buy. Boxes are independent: each carries its own choice.
Start an unused ticket within one year of purchase. Starting a box gives you 30 days to finish, send and open the gift. The receiver’s first opening starts a new 30-day period to revisit and download it. Returning to the gift does not extend that period.
Keep your ticket link private while you make the gift: it can reopen and edit the saved draft until you seal it. Anyone with the finished gift link can open the gift, download its contents or use its delete option. Share links only with people you intend to give access to.
Each moment can include a photo and either a note of up to 800 characters or a voice recording of up to 15 seconds. You are responsible for what you share and for having permission to share it. The receiver can save a reveal video with their moments and recordings included. Saving to Photos depends on the device and browser.
Save anything you want to keep before the displayed expiry date. Expired or deleted contents cannot be reopened through the app. Deleting a gift does not remove copies someone has already downloaded.
